摘要 为了考察影响猫爪草综合提取工艺的各因素,确定猫爪草综合提取最佳工艺条件,在前期单因素考察的基础上,以浸提温度、超声频率、超声时间和固液比为考察因素,以猫爪草干膏率和多糖提取率为考察指标,采用正交试验设计考察猫爪草最佳提取工艺。结果表明,猫爪草最佳提取工艺为浸提温度50℃,超声频率40 k Hz,每次超声20 min,固液比1∶30。在此条件下,猫爪草干膏率为38.90%,多糖提取率为32.71%。 To establish the optimal integrated extraction process of Radix Ranunculi Ternati, orthogonal design experiment, based on single factor test,was carried out, taking the dry extract yield and the polysaceharide extraction rate as comprehensive evaluation indicator, and the temperature of extraction solvent, ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic time and the proportion of herbs and extraction solvent as investigation factors. The results showed that the optimum extraction process conditions were as follows:the temperature of extraction solvent and ultrasonic medium was 50 ℃; the ultrasonic frequency was 40 kHz; the ultrasonic time was 20 min each time; and the proportion of herbs and extraction solvent was 1:30. Under this condition, the dry extract yield of Radix Ranunculi Ternati was 38.90% and the polysaccharide extraction rate was 32.71%.
