摘要
采用RP-HPLC法测定除草油悬浮剂中五氟磺草胺和氟胺磺隆含量,流动相为乙腈-水(55∶45,V/V,用磷酸调节pH至2.5);流速为1.0 m L/min;柱温为室温;检测波长为205 nm;进样体积为20μL。试验结果表明,五氟磺草胺和氟胺磺隆在5-500 mg/L内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.83%和100.47%,RSD分别为0.007 7%和0.007 0%。该方法能准确、快速测定除草合剂中五氟磺草胺和氟胺磺隆的含量。
The essay proposed a testing method for the content of penoxsulam and triflulsulfuron-methyl content in herbicidal oil suspensions by RP-HPLC, where the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (55:45,V/V,with phosphoric acid to adjust pH to 2.5); and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;column temperature was room temperature; detection wavelength was 205 nm and in- jection volume was 20μL. The testing result showed that penoxsulam and triflulsulfuron-methyl at 5-500 mg/L have a good linear relationship, the average recoveries were 99.83% and 100.47%,the RSDs of penoxsulam and triflulsulfuron-methyl was 0.007 7% and 0.007 0%, respectively. This method could be used to determine the content of penoxsulam and triflulsulfuron- methyl content in herbicidal oil suspensions accurately and rapidly.
