咸宁市人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展评价

Evaluation on Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization Coordination Development in Xianning City

从城镇化过程中人口与土地协调发展的概念及内涵入手,构建协调发展评价模型,对2003-2011年咸宁市城镇化过程中人口与土地协调发展进行了分析和评价。采用熵值法计算咸宁市2003-2011年的人口城镇化指数和土地城镇化指数,研究二者的协调发展水平。结果表明,咸宁市人口城镇化指数和土地城镇化指数整体呈上升趋势,人口城镇化和土地城镇化二者发展不协调,土地城镇化滞后于人口城镇化,城镇化发展水平由失调衰退阶段逐步向协调发展阶段过渡。

From the concept and connotation of coordinated development between population and land in population urbanization, the evaluation model was built. Using entropy method, the index of population urbanization and the index of land urbanization in 2003-2011 was calculated. The analysis showed population urbanization and land urbanization of Xianning city showed a up trend, the development of population urbanization and land urbanization was not coordinated, land urbanization lagged behind population urbanization, the development of urbanization gradually developed from the imbalance of recession to coordinated development.
