摘要
为给楸树良种选育提供理论数据,本文研究了15个无性系表型性状和光合性状间的遗传变异分析、相关性分析。结果表明,不同无性系之间表型性状差异性较显著,其中树高、胸径变异达到极显著差异,楸-滇杂无性系07-Y27-4变异系数最大,为0.59;楸-楸杂无性系07-5-8-20变异系数最小,为0.16;树高、胸径与净光合速率、气孔导度、水分利用率成正相关关系,其中净光合速率与树高、胸径的相关性最大,分别为0.867、0.912。楸-滇杂无性系净光合速率明显高于楸-楸杂无性系,净光合速率大小排序依次为07-Y16-9、07-Y27-4、07-Y27-2、9-1、07-Y27-7。
In this paper a study was made on the genetic variations of the phenotypic and photosynthetic characters of 15 clones of Catalpa bungei in order to provide theoretical data for selecting fine varieties of Catalpa bungei. The results showed that there were significant differences in phenotypic characters among the 15 clones, of which the tree height and DBH were highly different. The variation coefficient of the Catalpa-Dianza clone 07-Y27-4 was 0.59, the biggest, and that of the clone 07-5-8-20 was 0.16, the smallest. The tree height and DBH had positive correlation with the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and water use efficiency, and had the biggest correlation with the net photosynthetic rate, reaching 0.867 and 0.912 respectively. The net photosynthetic rate of the Catalpa-Dianza clones was significantly higher than that of Catalpa- Catalpa hybrid clones and the sequence of the net photosynthetic rate was 07-Y16-9〉07-Y27-4〉07-Y27-2 〉9-1〉07-Y27-7.
