文中首先对核心竞争力的内涵与特征进行了分析,在此基础上阐述了航空物流企业的核心竞争力,指出了核心竞争力与资源整合之间存在的关系。随着经济全球化的不断发展,企业之间的竞争更加激烈。在这种背景下,航空物流企业必须对资源进行有效整合,进而促进企业核心竞争力的提升,最终实现企业的可持续发展。

This article first analyses the connotation and characteristics of core competence, on the basis of this paper expounds the aviation logistics enterprise＇s core competitiveness, and points out the relationship between core competitiveness and resource integration. With the continuous development of economic globalization, the competition between the enterprises more intense. In this background, the aviation logistics enterprise must to effective integration of resources, and promote the promotion enterprise＇s core competitiveness, eventually realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
