As the process of economic globalization development quickly, trade among countries become more frequently, which promote the sustainable development of international transportation service. Now a days, international logistic service industry is becoming present differentiation trends that is international transportation is gradually subdividing to different service fields, during which the field of project logistic is now developing rapidly. International project logistic has characteristics of large freight capacities, various projects and cargo types, high transportation technological level, etc. At the same time, many uncertain aspects potentially occur during transportation. So it is necessary to well-optimize the program before transportation to save the transportation cost and time and avoid the risk. Therefore, the article discusses the concept and characteristics of international project logistic firstly, analyze the transportation program making secondly and transportation program optimization finally.
