摘要
随着我国经济建设的发展规模的不断扩大,需要投资建设一大批基础建设项目。从工程项目管理的角度出发,如何控制好每一个项目的工程造价,合理地使用建设资金,提高投资效益,一直是各级政府管理部门和各类项目建设主体所关注的重点问题。
With the development of economic construction in our country, we need to invest in a large number of basic construction projects.
