Integration of Industry and City: Realization Ways and Policy Selection

"产城融合"是产业空间和城市空间协调发展的内在要求,也是新型城镇化城重要实现途径。本文从现实问题出发,阐释产城融合内涵,并且从两者的辩证关系角度来思考解析产城融合的发展规律,产业集聚促进城市空间的变异,城市的发展又给产业注入新的动力,在分析现实动因的基础上,提出产城融合实现路径及政策建议。

＂The integration of industry and city＂ is an inner requirement of the harmonious development of industrial space and urban space, and is also an important realization way of new urbanization. Starting from realistic problems, this article explained the connotation of the integration of industry and city. It also analyzed the laws of development of integration of industry and city from the perspective of dialectic relationship between industrial space and urban space. Industrial agglomeration promotes the changes of urban space, while the development of city injects new impetus into the industry. On the basis of analyzing realistic reasons, this article put forward the suggestion for realization ways and policy selection of the integration of industry and city.
