摘要
以聚羧酸减水剂掺量为参数,研究了水泥净浆流动度与XRD细观试验中水化产物的衍射波峰峰强变化的关系。试验结果表明当聚羧酸减水剂掺量从0.15%增加到0.27%时,0h、2h净浆流动度分别增加18.2%、21.8%;相应的XRD试验中Ca(OH)2、C3S产物衍射波峰峰强分别下降22.1%、17.5%。回归了流动度与聚羧酸掺量间的公式。
By the parameter of dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizers to the cement paste or mortar, it was researched that the relationship between the fluidity of the cement paste and the changes of diffraction peak intensity peak of hydration products in XRD meso experiments, The results show that the dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizers from 0. 15% to 0. 27% : paste fluidity of 0 hour, 2 hours age increased 18.2%, 21.8% respectively; and in the XRD experiments the diffraction peak intensity of Ca (OH)2, C3S was reduced respectively by 22. 1%, 17.5%. It was regression analysised that the formula between the fluidity and the dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizers.
