干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的研究进展

摘要 糖尿病足为糖尿病患者重要慢性并发症之一,致残、致死率高,有效治疗糖尿病足对于降低糖尿病患者的致残、致死率具有重要意义。近年来,干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足成为医学界研究的热点。本文从干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的理论依据、优势,以及不同来源的干细胞治疗糖尿病足的疗效分析等方面对干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足现状进行综述,以供糖尿病足的临床治疗参考。 Diabetic foot is one of the important chronic complications of diabetic patients, associated with high morbidity and mortality, is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot in patients with diabetes to reduce disability, death rate has important significance. In recent years, the hot spot of stem cell transplantation for treatment of diabetic foot into medical research. This article from the stem cell transplantation in the treatment of diabetic foot of the theoretical basis, advantages, and different sources of stem cells for treatment of diabetic foot efficacy analysis were reviewed for stem cell transplantation in the treatment of diabetic foot situation, in order to provide references for clinical treatment of diabetic foot.
