朴树硬枝扦插繁殖技术研究

Hardbranch Cutting Propagation Technology of Celtis sinensis Pers.

研究不同基质、不同外源激素及不同部位枝条对朴树硬枝扦插生根的影响,结果表明：3个因素对朴树硬枝扦插生根的影响差异显著,以黄心土为基质,1～2年生木质化枝条下部位为插穗,插穗基部经IBA 250mg.L^-1浸泡20min,生根效果最佳,平均生根率达73.3%。

By studying the effect of different substrates, different exogenous hormone and different branch sections on the rooting of hardwood cuttings of Celtis sinensis Pers. , the result showed that the effect of the three factors had great effects on the rooting of hardbranch cuttings of Celtis sinensis Pers. With yellow soil as materials, and the lower parts of 1 -2 years lignified branches as cuttings, soaking their bases in 250 mg. L^-1 IBA for 20 min, the best rooting effect was obtained, with an average rooting rate of 73.3%.
