摘要
教育理论与教育实践并非和谐共存,两者之间存有隐性冲突。这种冲突表现为教育理论的理想性与教育实践的务实性冲突,教育理论的宏观指导性与教育实践的微观复杂性冲突,教育理论的自洽性与教育实践的实效性冲突。纾解两者冲突的路径在于双方相互理解与合作、实践者习得教育智慧、理论研究者聚焦于问题式研究。
It is not harmony between educational theory and educational practice, there is inherent conflicts between them. These conflict manifest in three ways. The idealism verses the practicality, the gross verses the complexity,the self-consistency verses the effectiveness. In order to relieve these conflicts,we should take three actions:understanding and cooperation with each other, practitioners learn educational wisdom, theory researchers focus on the problem study.
