坚守大学使命 构建大学特色文化——第二届岭南高教发展论坛会议综述

Insistence the Mission of University and Construction Characteristic Culture of University——The Conference Summarization of the Second Lingnan Higher Education Development Forum

第二届岭南高教发展高端论坛于2014年12月由广东省高等教育学会、广东省高等教育学专业委员会、岭南师范学院主办,岭南师范学院教育研究院承办。本次会议学者们围绕"大学文化的使命与建构"的主题进行了深入探讨和交流,并取得了丰富的研究成果。本文从大学文化的内涵及功能定位、大学文化的历史传统与大学精神的现实反思、大学质量评价和管理文化的构建、大学的文化使命与特色文化的构建等四个方面,对会议论文和发言中代表性观点进行了梳理和概述。

The Second Lingnan Higher Education Development Forum, organized by Guangdong Provincial Association of Higher Education, Guangdong Provincial Higher Education Professional Committee, Lingnan Normal University, was held successfully at Education Research Institute of Lingnan Normal University in December, 2014. At the conference, experts and scholars have discussed deeply the topic of mission and the construction of university culture, and made fruitful academic achievements. Four themes was discussed, such as the connotation and function of university culture, reflection of the historical tradition and spirit of university culture, the construction of university quality evaluation and management culture, the construction of the mission of university cultural and of characteristic culture. This paper presents a summary of representative viewpoint in the article and presentation.
