高职院校校企合作教育的关键是学生职业能力的培养。文章对目前高职院校校企合作教育学生职业能力培养的基础上,从确立以职业能力培养为核心的专业培养目标,构建学生职业能力体系结构,改革课堂教学模式,建立实践教学体系,加"双师型"师资队伍建设,提高教师整体素质等方面,探索了高职院校校企合作教育,探索学生职业能力培养的途径。

The key of the cooperative education in higher vocational colleges is the cultivation of students＇ professional ability. Based on the cultivation of vocational ability of students in vocational colleges, this paper constructs the professional training objectives, constructs the system structure of students＇ professional ability, reform the teaching mode, set up the practice teaching system, and improve the overall quality of teachers.
