无砷失活抑菌膏对乳磨牙牙髓的失活效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察无砷失活抑菌膏对乳磨牙牙髓炎的失活效果。方法:将346颗临床诊断为急性牙髓炎或慢性牙髓炎的乳磨牙随机分为试验组和对照组各173颗。试验组采用无砷失活抑菌膏失活,对照组采用金属砷失活剂失活,观察两组失活效果、封药后当天和(或)第二天的疼痛情况、封药平均时间及牙冠变色情况。结果:试验组失活有效率为90.75%,对照组失活有效率86.13%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。封药后当天和(或)第二天的疼痛发生率试验组为9.25%,对照组为25.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组封药时间(12.66±1.70)d,长于对照组的(6.12±0.89)d(P<0.05)。试验组牙冠无明显变色,对照组牙冠明显变色率为76.30%。结论:无砷失活抑菌膏作为牙髓失活剂,具有失活效果好、疼痛反应小、牙冠不易变色、封药时间长的优点,可安全用于乳磨牙牙髓失活,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the devitalizing effects of the pulp devitalizing paste without arsenic on primary molars pulpitis.Methods: A total of 346 primary molars were diagnosed as acute pulpitis or chronic pulpitis,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 173 primary molars in each group. The experimental group was devitalized with devitalizing paste without arsenic,and the control group was devitalized with metallic arsenic. The devitalizing efficacy,the pain incidence on admission day and / or after the second day of filling,the time of filling and the discoloration rate of the crown were recorded. Results: The devitalizing efficacy of experimental group was 90. 75%,the control group was 86. 13%,but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P 〉 0. 05). The pain incidence on admission day and / or after the second day of filling was 9. 25%,the control group was25. 43%,there was significant difference between the two groups( P〈0.05). The time to filling in experimental group was significantly longer than the control group( P〈0.05). The discoloration rate of the crown in the control group was 76.30%. Conclusion: The pulp devitalizing paste without arsenic can reduce the pain incidence of filling,and prolong the time of filling. It is suggested that pulp devitalizing paste without arsenic is an effective and safe drug for pulp devitalization.
