孟鲁司特联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿腺样体肥大临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Montelukast Combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on Infantile Adenoid Hypertrophy

目的：探讨孟鲁司特联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法：将43例腺样体肥大患儿分为治疗组23例和对照组20例,治疗组采用孟鲁司特（3~6岁给予每次4 mg,每晚1次,〉6岁每次5 mg,每晚1次）和糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂（每次每个鼻孔1喷,每晚1次）联合治疗,对照组同期给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。观察两组患儿治疗前后治疗效果和临床症状改善情况。结果：孟鲁司特联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿轻、中度腺样体肥大合并上气道咳嗽综合征效果显著,临床综合评分、A/N值明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：孟鲁司特联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿腺样体肥大能有效减轻患儿的临床症状,有效缩短咳嗽时间,缩小腺样体体积,改善睡眠障碍等症状。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray for treatment adenoid hypertrophy in children. Methods： Forty three children with adenoidal hypertrophy were divided into treatment group（ 23cases） and control group（ 20 cases）. Montelukast and mometasone furoate nasal spray were combination treatment on treatment group,while used only mometasone furoate nasal spray on the control group during the same period. Observed and compared the effects and clinical symptom improvements of both groups during this course. Results： There were significant effects of the treatment of montelukast combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray upon light,moderate adenoid hypertrophy infants associated with upper airway cough syndrome. It produced clinical comprehensive score and A / N score which were superior to the scores of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： Montelukast combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray relieves the patients clinical symptoms,reduces cough length,shrink the volume of adenoid,improve symptoms of sleep disorders and others symptoms.
