产业升级条件下农村剩余劳动力非农就业问题研究——以河南新蔡县为例

Research on Non-agricultural Employment of Rural Surplus Labor in the Condition of Industrial Upgrading——Taking Xincai County of He'nan Province as the Case Study

在国内产业结构不断升级条件下,新蔡县剩余劳动力非农就业转移遇到了新的困难。通过对现有状况的分析,在农村剩余劳动力的知识技能水平、资源禀赋条件、就业岗位、农村社会保障体系等方面研究了影响其非农就业的原因,并以此逐条提出了解决方案。

Under the condition of domestic industrial structure upgrading ,the surplus labor force in Xin‐cai county have encountered new difficulties in non‐agricultural employment .Through analysis of current sit‐uation ,the reasons w hich influence the non‐agricultural employment of rural surplus labor are researched in the aspects of knowledge and skill levels ,resources and endowment condition ,employment opportunities , rural social security system ,etc .On the basis of these ,detailed solutions are put forward .
