摘要
针对近年来城市地区内涝与积水事件频发的问题,提出在城市治涝布局中引入低影响开发建设模式。本文选择富阳市旧城区作为研究区域,基于SWMM模型中的低影响开发模块LID,模拟分析现状条件及透水铺装、雨水桶、渗渠单独布设和三种LID措施组合布设场景在不同暴雨重现期时的径流过程,评估不同LID措施对城市内涝的缓解作用。结果表明,不同的城市降雨径流控制措施在雨水控制利用中均有良好的效果,有效地减小了区域径流系数和管道超载个数,并在一定程度上削减了出水口洪峰流量,可以在城市规划和建设过程中推广。
In regard to the serious problem of urban waterlogging and standing water event in recent years ,the introduction of low impact development pattern in urban waterlogging layout was proposed .This paper selected Fuyang City as the study area ,based on low impact development (LID) module in SWMM model ,it simulated the whole flooding process in different return periods under the current conditions ,permeable pavements ,rain barrel ,infiltration trench conditions and combination plan ,assessed the mitigation of different LID measures on urban waterlogging .The result shows that all the urban rainfall runoff control measures have good effects in urban rainwater utilization ,effectively reducing the runoff coefficient and the number of conduit surcharge ,and to some extent re‐ducing the peak flow of the outlet .Furthermore ,it can be extended in the urban renewal planning and construction process .
