摘要
目的研究和探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中埃兹蛋白(ezrin)的表达情况,并对其和E钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)、CD44V6蛋白表达之间的关系进行分析。方法研究材料选自2010年6月-2012年12月就诊于学校附院的经手术病理证实的原发性NSCLC患者的相关组织,应用免疫组织化学SP法对ezrin蛋白、E-cadherin蛋白和CD44V6蛋白表达情况进行研究,同时联合Western blot法分析上述三种蛋白在部分NSCLC组织和对应癌旁组织中的表达情况,并对其相关性进行分析。结果在100例NSCLC组织中erzin蛋白主要在肿瘤细胞胞质内均匀弥散分布,呈棕黄色颗粒表达,阳性表达62例,阳性表达率为62%。在40例NSCLC患者癌旁组织中没有发现ezrin蛋白的阳性表达;在40例NSCLC组织中ezrin蛋白相对表达量明显高于相应的癌旁组织,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。E-cadherin蛋白阳性表达55例,阳性表达率为55%,而CD44V6蛋白阳性表达59例,阳性表达率为58%,ezrin蛋白与E-cadherin蛋白表达呈负相关;而ezrin蛋白与CD44V6蛋白表达呈正相关。结论三种蛋白在NSCLC发展和转移中发挥重要的作用,联合检查有利于判断NSCLC的发展情况和预后情况,有利于临床诊断和治疗。
Objective To study on the expression of CD44V6 protein ,ezrin protein and E‐calcium protein in the non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) organization ,and to analyze they relationship .Methods 100 ca‐ses of patients confirmed primary NSCL) as the research object of observation were selected by operation and pathology in our hospital from June ,2010 to December ,2012 .The expression of ezrin protein ,E‐cad‐herin and CD44V6 protein NSCLC tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method ,and com‐bined with Western blot method for part of NSCL ) tissues and corresponding para carcinoma tissues of ezrin protein were analyzed ,and the relationship between E‐cadherin and the expression of CD44V6 protein were analyzed .Results In 100 cases of NSCLC tissue erzin protein were mainly in the cytoplasm of cells distributed uniformly , brow nish yellow granules expression ,the positive expression in 62 cases ,and the positive expression rate was 62% .The positive expres‐sion of ezrin protein was not found in the paracancerous tissues of the 40 NSCLC patients ;in 40 cases of 〈br〉 NSCLC ,Ezrin protein expression was significantly higher than that of corresponding cancer adjacent tis‐sues ,and the difference was significant( P 〈0 .05) .The positive expression of E‐cadherin protein was 55 cases ,the positive expression rate was 55% ,while the positive expression of CD44V6 protein was 59 ca‐ses ,the positive expression rate was 58% ,Ezrin protein and E‐cadherin expression was negatively correla‐ted;while ezrin protein and CD44V6 protein expression was positively related to .Conclusion Ezrin pro‐tein ,E‐cadherin and CD44V6 protein in NSCLC play an important role in the development and metastasis . So the joint inspection of three protein is conductive to the judgement of NSCLC development and progno‐sis ,which is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment .
