摘要
20世纪30年代,为挽救濒临崩塌的农村经济,铁路当局从自身视角出发,提出以铁路运输政策调整为主旨,辅以农产品推销、生产和农村金融等相结合的农村复兴方略;在随后的复兴农村实务中,铁路当局循此方略,主要围绕降低农产品运输成本,实施了一系列铁路运输政策的调整。自1936年起,我国农村经济逐渐复苏,这当然是多方面共同努力的结果,但铁路所做的贡献必定不容忽视。而随着农村经济的复苏,铁路货运量开始增加,铁路当局的收益不降反升。
For saving on the brink of collapse of rural economy, on the base of its perspective the railways personages put forward the combination re-lief strategies of transportation, marketing, fabrication and finance in 1930s. In the subsequent revival in rural practice, the railway sector that based on this strategy carried out a series of relief practices around the marketing for agricultural products, including reduces the agricultural transportation costs. From 1936, China's rural economy gradually recovered,it was result of common effort, but the railway transport contribution will can not be ignored. Along with the rural economy, the railway freight volume and profits began to increase.
