谁对员工工作满意最终负责?——基于CEO决策视角的员工工作满意综合模型

摘要 员工工作满意是组织行为学中的持久选题,但目前鲜有研究从CEO视角探求员工工作满意。CEO是组织的最高负责人,其价值决策、用人决策、战略决策等决策质量的高低与员工的报酬、直接领导、职业发展等员工工作满意的要素密切相关。在肯定了CEO对员工工作满意极其重要的影响后,文章着力探讨CEO需要什么样的特征才能提高员工工作满意度。文章认为CEO强烈的学习意识、与其职务要求相匹配的学习能力、对多元信息和思维的开放心态、构建内外部专家建言网络的积极努力、有意识进行的针对员工的沟通和教育工作是提高员工工作满意度的最根本因素,由此构建了基于CEO决策视角的员工工作满意综合模型。
