摘要
基于公平启发理论及特质激活理论,以"持学历"新生代农民工为样本,在深度访谈和问卷调查的基础上,探讨就业能力对留任意向的影响及边界条件。结果表明:内部就业能力和整体公平感对留任意向具有显著正向影响;外部就业能力对留任意向具有显著负向影响;整体公平感对内部就业能力与留任意向的关系、外部就业能力与留任意向的关系均具有调节效应。
Based on the fairness heuristic theory and trait activation theory,through depth interview and questionnaire survey,taking new-generation migrant workers holding a degree as a sample,the paper analyzes the relationship between employability and stay intention and the boundary conditions of them. Results demonstrate that,internal employability and overall justice judgments have significant positive influence on stay intention; external employment ability has significant negative influence on stay intention; overall justice judgments significantly moderates the relationship between internal employability and stay intention and the relationship between external employability and stay intention.
