磁共振定位下伽玛刀双靶点治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振定位下伽玛刀双靶点治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法选择55例原发性三叉神经痛患者,采用磁共振定位,在靠近三叉神经感觉根入脑干处及沿三叉神经走向设置2个靶点,C型伽玛刀照射,中心剂量90 Gy。随访5年,采用BNI疼痛量表和BNI麻木量表评估疗效与并发症发生情况。结果疼痛控制有效52例,差3例。疼痛起效时间平均1.87个月(即刻~12个月)。伽玛刀治疗后新发面部麻木16例,其中较严重的面部麻木3例。结论磁共振定位下伽玛刀治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效满意,并发症少。
