摘要
对中密度刨花板热压工艺进行了实验研究,通过控制热压机热压板温度,研究不同热压温度下刨花板板坯芯层温度和蒸汽压力的变化情况。研究表明:在一定压力和加压时间条件下,随着热压板温度的升高,板坯芯层的温度上升速度也随之加快。当板坯芯层温度达到最高值100℃后,随着加压时间的延长,板坯芯层的温度呈现出极其缓慢的下降趋势;热压温度与板坯芯层蒸汽压力达到最高值的时间成正比,当蒸汽压力达到最高值后,随着热压时间的延长,板坯芯层的蒸汽压力呈现明显的下降趋势。
Experimental study of medium density particleboard hot-pressing process is conducted, and by controlling the hot press hot plate temperature, different hot pressing temperatures, particleboard slabcore layer temperature and steam pressure changes are studied. Research shows that under certain pressure and pressure time, the higher the temperature of hot press platen, and particle board core layer of the core layer temperature rising speed is faster. When the particle board after maxi-mum slabcore layer temperature 100 ℃, pressure increases with time, particleboard slabcore layer temperature shows ex-tremely slow declineo hot pressing temperature and the core layer are directly proportional to the time of the maximum steam pressure, when the steam pressure reaches the peak, with the increase of hot-pressing time, the steam pressure in the parti-cleboard slabcore layer shows a downward trend.
