摘要
汽车电动助力管柱容易发生共振而造成驾驶不平稳、驾乘舒适度差,因此该部件的固有频率必须高过某一限值(不同主机厂要求不同)。介绍了一种利用现有CATIA软件分析模块进行管柱总成固有频率分析的简易方法,采用该方法在设计阶段即可对管柱固有频率进行控制,缩短开发周期和试件的试制费用,提高工作效率。
Car electric power string resonance occur easily,cause driving is not smooth and the deterioration of ride comfort. This component requirements inherent frequency must be above a certain threshold(different forms a requirement).This pa-per introduces a kind of use of the existing analysis module of CATIA software simple string assembly inherent frequency analysis method,at the design stage can to control string inherent frequency,shorten the development cycle and sample manufacture cost,improve the working efficiency.
