摘要 铝基涂层有望替代镉基镀层作为钢表面防护技术,综合对比了离子镀铝和离子液体电镀铝-锆合金涂层的形貌、电化学性能和耐蚀性能。采用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜和能谱研究了两种铝基涂层表面及断面的微观形貌和成分;采用开路电位、极化曲线等方法检测了两种铝基涂层的电化学性能;采用中性盐雾试验与交流阻抗谱结合方法研究了铝基涂层的耐蚀性,拟合分析了涂层结构的变化。研究结果表明,离子镀铝涂层和离子液体电镀铝-锆合金涂层具有不同的表面形貌,电化学性能有所差异,但是二者都具有十分优异的耐蚀性能。 Aluminum-based coatings are promising alternatives to cadmium-based coatings on steel surface. Two kinds of Al-based coatings namely ion vapor deposition aluminum (IVD Al) coating and ionic liquidbased electroplating aluminum-zirconium (ILEp Al-Zr) coating were taken into study and comparison. Morphology and composition of the two coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscope ( SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM) and energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS). Electrochemical properties of the two coatings were studied by open circuit potential and polarization curves. Corrosion resistance of the Al-based coatings were tested, changing of the coatings structure were fitting analyzed, by neutral salt spray (NSS) and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS). Results showed that morphology of the two coatings differed remarkably, and the electrochemical properties also presented slight differences. But both of the two coatings exhibited excellent corrosion resistance.
