摘要
繁忙机场的机位分配问题需要考虑机位分类、航班性质、飞机拖曳,以及机位组合或拆分等无法用常规数学模型直接表达的问题。采用混合集合规划方法对繁忙机场停机位分配问题进行数据建模和逻辑建模,运用自然约束语言编程,并设计了高效的求解策略。以国内某繁忙机场进行实例求解,混合集合规划方法得出的分配结果比人工分配靠桥率提升了20.7%。结果表明,混合集合规划方法可用于解决繁忙机场的实际机位分配问题。
In order to make an appropriate assignment plan in busy airports, factors like gate classification, flight nature, aircraft dragging and the combination or splitting of gates need to be taken into consideration. However, the existing traditional mathematical model cannot directly express them all. In this paper, a Mixed Set Programming method was used to build the data and logical model of gate assignment in busy airports. The Natural Constraint Language was used in the solution programming, and the efficient assigning strategies were developed in the research. Finally, a MSP assignment plan was given in the example of a busy domestic airport. Compared with that of the manual assignment plan, the gate allocation rate of MSP assignment plan in-creased by 20. 7%. The results show that the MSP method can excellently complete the complicated gate assignment task in actu-al airport operation.
