摘要
针对无序竞争、同质竞争的混乱局面导致的中部区域金融中心建设过程中存在严重资源浪费的问题,结合中部地区经济金融发展的现状,分析了中部区域金融中心的功能内涵,提出了以武汉为核心,郑州、长沙为副中心,合肥、南昌为有益补充的中部区域"1+2+2"金融中心集群模式,并从中央政府统筹策略、地方政府合作策略,以及武汉市的战略重点等角度提出中部区域金融中心的发展策略。
Disorder competition and homogeneous competition lead to a serious waste of resources in the establishment of the central regional financial center. The functions of the financial center were analyzed. And the problems in the development status were investigated. Based on these analyses, a ＆quot;1＋2＋2＆quot; cluster mode was put forward. Finally, some development strategies were proposed from aspects of integrated strategy of the central government, cooperative strategy of local government and strategic focus of Wuhan.
