摘要 在氢氧化钠催化条件下,以环氧氯丙烷(ECH)、二乙烯三胺(DETA)为原料,合成了一种端环氧基交联剂.通过单因素试验,优化端环氧基交联剂的合成工艺为:n(ECH)∶n(DETA)=3.5∶1,催化剂用量7%(对单体总质量);催化剂和原料DETA连续滴加加料,40℃下闭环反应3 h.采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热性能分析(TGA-DTA)对交联剂进行了表征.将合成的交联剂用于棉织物活性染料染色的固色,耐皂洗色牢度可达4级,耐干摩擦色牢度可达4级,耐湿摩擦色牢度可达3级. A terminal epoxy crosslinking agent was prepared with epichlorohydrin (ECH) and diethylenetriamine (DETA) as the main raw materials in the presence of sodium hydroxide catalyst. The synthetic process was optimized by single factor experiment as follows: molar ratio of ECH to DETA 3.5: 1, 7% of catalyst (on the total mass of the monomers); catalyst and DETA were continuously dropped, ring-closure reacted at 40℃ for 3 h. The structure and properties of the epoxy crosslinking agent were characterized by FT-IR and TGA-DTA. The synthesized epoxy crosslinking agent was applied in the fixation of reactive dyed cotton fabric, and the soaping fastness was grade 4, the dry rubbing fastness was grade 4, and the wet rubbing fastness was grade 3.
