摘要
采用靛蓝染料对涤纶织物进行低温染色,探讨了保险粉用量、烧碱用量、苯甲醇用量、染料用量和染色温度、时间对染色涤纶K/S值的影响,测试了涤纶织物染色牢度.结果表明:靛蓝染料用量2%(omf),保险粉用量25 g/L,烧碱用量4 g/L时染色效果较好,在100℃时加入苯甲醇10 m L/L、90℃时加入苯甲醇20 m L/L和80℃时加入苯甲醇30 m L/L的条件下,染色涤纶织物均可获得与120℃相当的染色深度,染色织物耐摩擦色牢度均达3级以上,耐皂洗色牢度均达4级以上.
Polyester fabric was dyed with indigo dyes at low temperature. The effects of dosage of sodium dithionite, sodium hydroxide, benzyl alcohol and indigo dyes, the dyeing temperature and time on K/S value were analyzed. The color fastness of the dyed fabric was also tested. The results showed that the dyeing effect was good when indigo dyes was 2%(omf), the mass concentration of sodium dithionite and sodium hydroxide were 25 g/L and 4 g/L. The polyesters dyed at 100 ℃ with benzyl alcohol 10 mL/L, 90 ℃ with benzyl alcohol 20 mL/L and 80 ℃ with benzyl alcohol 30 mL/L could obtained the same color depth with the fabric dyed at 120 ℃. The rubbing fastness and washing fastness were above grade 3 and 4, respectively.
