混凝土搅拌车离合系统故障分析及改进

摘要 某批次4×2型混凝土搅拌车在使用不到3个月的时间里,多辆车出现离合分离不彻底、离合器打滑、动力性变差等现象。针对该问题提出了离合系统优化改进方案,并对优化改进后的车辆进行了跟踪验证。试验结果表明,车辆离合系统未再出现上述现象,用户反馈效果良好,从而验证了改进措施的可行性,对日后设计工作具有指导意义。 In tess than three months time after using a 4×2 concrete mixer truck, incomplete separation clutch, clutch slip and dynamic deterioration phenomenon have appeared in some vehicles. In view of the problem, the optimization scheme of the clutch system is put forward, and the vehicle is followed tip and verified by the optimization. Experimental results show that the vehicle clutch system has not been any such ptlenomenon, and the user feedback effect is good, so as to verity the feasibility of the improvement measures.The future design work has a guiding significance.
