Discussion of Zhuo Pathogens

浊邪理论是适应现代疾病的治疗提出的一种创新理论,丰富了中医学的病因理论,对多种现代疾病的防治具有指导意义。目前对浊邪的内涵等尚未达成共识,结合古代和现代医家的论述,对浊邪的内涵和来源,浊邪与痰饮水湿、瘀血、毒、血浊的关系,浊邪的致病特点,浊邪的常见征象,浊邪的治疗进行阐述,为浊邪导致的疾病的防治提供依据。

Doctrine of Zhuo pathogens is a novel theory adopted to treat modem disease, and supplement the etiology theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It gradually became an important guiding principle for preventing and treating modem disease. However, there is no consensus for the connotation of Zhuo pathogens. This paper will synthesize the viewpoints of ancient and modem experts to probe the connotation and source of Zhuo pathogens, the connection of Zhuo pathogens and phlegm, yin, water, dampness, blood stasis, poison and blood Zhuo. Beyond that, we will explain the pathogenic characteristics, common signs, and treatment of Zhuo pathogens, and provide theoretical basis for treating disease caused by Zhuo pathogens.
