摘要
利用氮化铝(Al N)无机填料的高导热性能,制备出Al N/尼龙6(PA6)导热复合材料,研究了偶联剂改性,填充粒子含量,填料粒径大小对复合材料的导热和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Al N填料能够改善复合材料的导热性能,偶联剂含量为1%时,热导率增加了42.7%,在Al N填料为70%时,热导率达到1.163 W/(m·K),在高填充条件下,复合材料的力学性能有一定程度的下降。
The composites of aluminum nitride (AlN)/nylon 6 (PA6) were prepared by using the high thermal conductivity performance of the inorganic filler of AlN. And the effects of coupling agent modification, filler content and particle size were investigated on the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of composites. The result showed that AlN filler could improve the thermal property of composites. When the coupling agent content was 1%, the thermal conductivity increased by 42. 7% ; the thermal conductivity was 1. 163 W/(m·K) when AlN content was 70%. The mechanical properties of the composite materials decreased to a certain extent under the condition of high filling of AlN.
