摘要
对聚氨酯泡沫发泡剂的零臭氧消耗潜值(ODP)替代技术及种类进行了概述,着重介绍了含有不饱和双键的第四代发泡剂1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ze),研究了HFO-1234ze在聚醚多元醇中的相容性及对发泡工艺的影响,对HFO-1234ze和环戊烷、HFC-245fa、水选用不同配方进行了高压发泡试验,并对泡沫性质及结构进行了对比,发现HFO-1234ze和环戊烷、水可组成混合发泡剂,其所发泡沫综合性能良好。
This article provided an overview of alternative technologies for zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and types of polyurethane foam blowing agents, the fourth generation blowing agent 1, 3, 3, 3- tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234ze) containing an unsaturated double bond was introduced emphatically. It studied the compatibility in the polyether polyol and influence on the foaming process of HFO-1234ze, and chose different formulations containing HFO-1234ze, cyclopentane, HFC-245fa with water for high-pressure foaming test, the properties and structures of the foams were compared. The result showed that HFO-1234ze, cyclopentane and water could be composed into the mixed blowing agent which had good performance in the foaming test.
