关节镜微创清理术联合黄芪-林格氏关节灌注液治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic debridement combined with Astragalus-Ringer's joint infusion fluid on knee osteoarthritis

目的观察关节镜微创清理术联合黄芪-林格氏关节灌注液治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法 KOA患者147例,双盲法分为观察组和对照组a、对照组b,每组49例,均施行关节镜下微创清理术,术后实验组采用黄芪-林格氏关节灌注液灌洗,对照组a采用生理盐水灌洗,对照组b采用林格氏关节灌注液灌洗。观察3组患者临床效果。结果术后4周,观察组、对照组a及对照组b总有效率分别为95.9%、63.3%、73.5%,观察组疗效好于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下微创清理术后配合黄芪-林格氏关节灌注液灌洗,能有效提高KOA治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic debridement combined with Astragalus-Ringer′s joint infusion fluid on knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods One hundred and forty-seven KOA patients were divided into experimental group, control group a and control group b using double-blind method, with 49 cases in each group.Besides minimally invasive arthroscopic debridement, patients in the experimental group were given Astragalus-Ringer′s joint infusion fluid, in the control group a were given normal saline infusion,and in the control group b were given Ringer′s joint infusion fluid.The clinical effects were observed among three groups.Results Four weeks after operation, the overall effective rates of observation group, control group a and control group b were 95.9%,63.3%and 73.5%,respectively,observation group gained better therapeutic effects compared with the other two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Minimally arthroscopic debridement combined with Astragalus-Ringer′s joint infusion fluid can effectively improve the therapeutic effects on KOA.
