摘要
反馈是传播学的概念和范畴,图书馆信息服务具有大众传播的属性。文章运用信息反馈原理,从专业教师书目反馈、基于移动与网络环境的文献荐购等方面,论述了建立采访反馈机制对于文献采访中把握读者阅读兴趣和阅读行为所具有的重要意义。
Feedback belongs to the concept and category of communication, and the information service of library has the features of mass communication. This article expounds the establishment of feedback mechanism of bibliography feedback from teachers. The environment of Web2.0, micro-blog, and e-chat and the feedback mechanism are all of great importance in grasping both the reading interests and the reading behaviors of the broad readers.
