摘要 采用实验法对拓展训练教学和传统选项课教学的学生进行为期16周的实验,通过数理统计法分析两组实验对象实验前后的体质健康指标数据,了解拓展训练教学和传统体育选项班教学对学生身体素质产生的影响.结果表明,进行拓展训练教学的学生和传统选项课教学的学生除肺活量和耐力跑成绩提高外,50米跑、立定跳远成绩也显著提高.因此,教师应丰富拓展训练教学的项目,增加发展学生全身柔韧性训练的内容,转变学生的审美观念,加强力量训练和引体向上正确方法的指导. This research is based on a period of 16 -week experiment among the students from two different groups, namely out- of bound and traditional class training. This paper is an analysis of physi- cal health indicators of these two subjects from different groups before and after the experiment through mathematical statistics. This research aims at understanding the different impacts of out - of - bond and traditional class training on students^physical health. Experimental results show that the students from out - of- bound training do better performance in testing their vital capacity and endurance of running than those from traditional class training. In addition, out- of- bound training also improves students~ ability in 50m running and standing long jump performance. Therefore, teachers should enrich teaching subjects of out -of- bound training and add some training contents to increase the flexibility of the body. Besides, teachers should correct the students" aesthetic ideas, strengthen their strength training, as well as the right way of doing chin up exercises.
