塔釜温度对旋转带蒸馏仪馏出馏分性质的影响

摘要 采用旋转带蒸馏仪对催化裂化(FCC)液相产物进行切割,考察了旋转带蒸馏仪塔釜温度对馏出馏分性质的影响。结果表明,随着塔釜温度从300℃降至270℃时,馏出馏分的收率逐渐下降;馏出馏分中汽油质量分数逐渐增大,柴油质量分数逐渐减小,270℃时柴油质量分数降至0.43%;馏出汽油馏分中的正构烷烃、异构烷烃和环烷烃的体积分数变化不大,烯烃体积分数逐渐增大,芳烃体积分数逐渐减小,辛烷值略有升高;馏出馏分中的硫质量浓度逐渐下降,且苯并噻吩和甲基苯并噻吩的质量浓度降至不超过1.8 mg/L;较适宜的塔釜温度为270℃,在此温度下操作,馏出馏分的各项性质指标均显示出良好的平行性。 FCC liquid products were fractionated with a spinning band distillation apparatus. The effect of column reactor temperature on the proper- ties of distillate fractions was' investigated. The re- sults showed that with decreasing the column reactor temperature from 300 ℃ to 270 ℃ ,the yield of dis- tillate fractions decreased,the mass fraction of gaso- line in the distillate fractions increased gradually, and that of diesel oil decreased and reached 0.43% at 270 ℃ ; the volume fraction of n - alkanes, iso - alkanes and naphthenes in the distillate gasoline changed little, the volume fraction of olefins in-creased,and that of aromatics decreased, the octane number increased slightly;the mass concentration of sulfur in the distillate fractions decreased, and that of the benzothiophene and methylbenzothiophene de- creased to no more than 1.8 mg/L. The appropriate column reactor temperature was 270 ℃, and at this temperature,all the properties indexes of the distill- ate fractions reached excellent equlibrium.
