重油催化裂化装置多产柴油生产方案

摘要 介绍了中国石油锦西石化公司180万t/a重油催化裂化装置多产柴油生产方案的实施情况。结果表明,在原料组成和性质不变的情况下,通过采取调整LDR-100催化剂和LV-33催化剂的混合比例以降低平衡催化剂的活性、降低反应温度等措施降低反应深度;并优化操作条件,降低汽油干点,拓宽柴油馏程,使柴油收率提高了1.15个百分点,其十六烷值提高了0.3个单位。 The scheme of maximizing diesel yield was introduced for the 1.8 Mt/a residue fluid cata- lytic eracking unit in Jinxi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that under the condi- tions of not changing the composition and character of raw materials , the yield of diesel increased by 1. 15 percent points,and the cetane number by 0.3 units through lowering cracking depth and broade-ning diesel distillation range,which were realized by regulating catalyst mixing ratio of LDR - 100 to LV- 33 to decrease equilibrium catalyst's activity and reducing cracking temperature and dry point of gasoline.
