采用臭氧-内循环曝气生物滤池工艺处理高酸重质原油含盐污水 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了中海油惠州炼化分公司300 m3/h臭氧(O3)-内循环曝气生物滤池(BAF)污水处理装置的运行情况。结果表明,在进水COD平均值为98.09 mg/L,O3催化氧化池O3投加量为70 mg/L,O3接触氧化塔O3投加量为30 mg/L的条件下,装置总出水COD平均值为55.73 mg/L,COD总去除率达到43.18%;长周期运行过程中,存在O3催化氧化池黏泥量大影响催化剂效率的问题,可采用加强反洗、将格栅网移至反洗水出水槽内、利用O3不断对催化剂进行在线表面再生和激活等措施进行改善。 The operation of 300 m3/h ozonizing- biological aerated filter (O3 - BAF) wastewater treatment unit in Huizhou Refinery of CNOOC were introduced. The results showed that the average val- ue of chemical oxygen demand( COD )in final efflu- ent was 55.73 mg/L and the total removal rate of COD reached 43.18% Under the conditions of COD average value of influent 98.09 mg/L, ozone mass concentration in catalytic ozonation tank 70 mg/L and that in ozone contact oxidation tower 30 mg/L. During a long term operation of catalytic ozonationtank, lots of sludge which decreased the efficiency of catalyst occurred but it could be inhibited by in- creasing backwash frequencY, removing grids mesh to inside of backwash effluent tank and performing continuously on line surface regeneration and activa- tion of ozone catalyst with high concentration O3.
