We should train more English majors with mixed abilities featuring in water resources, to meet the need of international co--operation in water affairs, and the requirement of water resource education and foreign language education. It is necessary to clarify the training objective, training mode, employment situation of English majors with mixed abilities featuring in water resources, to promote the development of relevant exploration, and to train more high--qualified, practice--fo- cused, and mix abilities obtained human resources for water affairs.
