摘要
目的采用近红外光谱(NIR)技术和化学计量学分析软件,建立西洛他唑片的定性分析模型。方法近红外漫反射光谱法结合OPUS软件,建立定性鉴别模型,并进行外部验证。结果模型能准确鉴别西洛他唑片并区分不同的生产厂家。结论该模型可以快速方便地进行西洛他唑片的鉴别区分,并可以有效地应用于药品检测车的现场筛查。
OBJECTIVE To establish the qualitative model for Cilostazol Tablets by near-infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics method.METHODS A qualitative model was established by NIR combined with OPUS software and with external validation.RESULTS Cilostazol Tablets could be identified and distinguished be-tween different manufacturers by the model.CONCLUSION The model identifies Cilostazol Tablets,and the model can be used in the drug testing vehicles effectively.
