摘要
目的观察桑杞脑康颗粒对于阿尔茨海默病(AD)果蝇模型学习记忆能力的影响。方法采用Gal4/USA系统建立Aβ42果蝇模型;连续给药后利用巴普洛夫嗅觉学习实验观察桑杞脑康颗粒对AD果蝇行为的影响。结果桑杞脑康浸膏1.72mg·m L-1、0.172mg·m L-1干预剂量可以显著改善Aβ42果蝇的学习能力(P<0.001),与临床上用于治疗AD的美金刚效果相当(P>0.05)。结论桑杞脑康颗粒具有显著改善Aβ42引起的AD果蝇学习缺陷的作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Sangqi Naokang granules on the learning and memory ability of transgenic Alzheimer′s disease of drosophila model.METHODS with an extensively characterized Pavlovian ol-factory aversive conditioning,the effect of feeding Sangqi Naokang in Aβ42-expressing drosophila operated by Gal4/USAsystemwasprobed.RESULTS 1.72mg·mL-1and0.172mg·mL-1SangqiNaokangextractcansignificant-ly improve the learning and memory ability of transgenic Alzheimer′s disease of drosophila model ( P 〈0.001). CONCLUSION Sangqi Naokang granules can significantly rescue the learning and memory loss induced by Aβ42.
