摘要
为了弥补离焦产生的影响,本文从离轴TMA航天测绘相机的工程实际出发,提出了一种基于滚珠丝杠及连杆的离焦补偿机构,分析了机构的设计需求,确定了机构的调节位置,对机构进行了结构设计、精度设计可靠性分析以及性能检测。机构的X轴晃动为±2.7″,Y轴晃动为±3.3″,曲线拟合残差小于2μm,抽检最大误差为5μm,机构具备良好的自锁性能。性能检测结果表明该机构综合性能良好,适合在离轴TMA航天测绘相机中使用。
In order to compensate the effect of off-axis TMA aerospace mapping camera defocus from engineering practice side, one kind of defocus offsetting compensation mechanism is proposed based on ball screw and rod. The design requirement is analyzed, the adjustment position is determined, and the reliability design and performance indicator detection is carried out. The oscillation angel along the X axis is ±2.7", the oscillation angel along Y axis is ±3.3", the residual error is less than 2μm, the maximum error of sampling is 5μm, and the mechanism has good self-locking performance, which could be used in off-axis TMA aerospace mapping camera
