摘要
为了解决潮流发电机组的通风冷却系统和关键部件的温升问题,笔者以360 k W海洋潮流发电机组为例,阐述了该类型机组通风冷却系统的结构特点,通过FLOWMASTER仿真软件建立了机组的风路模型和温度场模型,系统地分析了该类型机组通风系统的风量分布情况以及关键部件的温升情况。仿真分析结果表明,通过增加通风冷却系统的通风面积和散热面积的方式,提升了冷却系统的冷却能力,降低了机组的定子线圈的温升,达到了优化机组通风冷却系统的效果。
In order to solve temperature rise of the air - cooling system and the key components of power flow generator units, the author expounds, taking the 360 kW ocean power flow generator unit as the example, the structural characteristics of the ventilation and cooling system of units of the same type, establishes ventilation circuit and temperature field model through simulation software FLOWASTER, analyzes systematically the air volume distribution of ventilation system and the temperature rise of key components. The result of analysis and simulation shows that the cooling capability of cooling system is enhanced by adding ventilated and radiating area of ventilation and cooling system, with the reduction of temperature of unit stator coil, which optimizes the effect of the system.
