基于响应分析的变电站临时地线检测方法

摘要 为防止变电站带地线合闸送电事故,提出一种基于响应分析的变电站临时地线检测方法,即在站内合适的位置给一次设备加激励信号,分析测量点响应信号的特性即可判断出站内是否有未拆除的临时地线。利用变压器一次绕组的阻抗随信号源频率变化的特性,选择合适的信号源频率,以有效辨别出临时地线接地和变压器中性点接地,避免电压互感器对检测结果的影响。实验结果证实了该方法的实用性。 In order to. provide technical support for preventing closing breaker with ground -wire, a new detection method based on response analysis is proposed in this paper. It is a method by which excitation signal is exerted to primary device at suitable location in substation so as to determine whether there is any ground -wire still hung on the device by analyzing the characteristics of the response signal; the impedance of the primary winding of trans- former varies with the variation of signal frequency, based on the theory selecting appropriate signal frequency which can effectively identify ground -wire grounding and transformer neutral point grounding. On the other hand, it can effectively avoid the influence of voltage transformer. Experimental results prove the practicality of the proposed method.
