摘要
针对新建超(超)临界直流炉机组调试过程中汽水品质差、合格速度慢、影响试运工期等问题,阐述了新建机组热力系统杂质的来源及危害,分析了影响汽水品质的因素,提出了安装过程控制、优化化验方法和分析仪器、化学清洗热力系统等优化措施。实践验证,这些汽水品质优化措施可以快速改善机组试运期间的水汽品质,明显缩短洗硅运行时间,节省大量燃油、煤、水等,对其它新建机组试运期间改善汽水品质上具有一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problems of newly - built supercritical and ultra - supercritical once - through boilers influencing the project of trial operation during debugging, including low quality of steam and water, and low speed of qualification, this paper expounds the resource and harms of impurities in thermal power system of newly - built units, analyzes the factors influencing steam -water quality and proposes optimization measures, including installation control, optimization of assay, application of analytic instruments and chemical cleansing. The time - consuming for silicon cleaning is shortened obviously and oil, coal and water are economized. These measures could be referenced for improving steam -water quality by other large capacity and high parameter generator units.
