摘要
采用单面盐冻的实验方法,对非引气混凝土、引气混凝土、外涂硅烷凝胶混凝土和内掺硅烷乳液混凝土,以及采用外涂硅烷凝胶处理受冻融混凝土的抗盐冻剥蚀能力进行研究。结果表明:混凝土引气或者采用硅烷凝胶表面处理技术,50次盐冻循环能降低混凝土表面剥蚀量82%和98%;内掺硅烷乳液以及硅烷乳液和引气剂复掺混凝土具有较低的抗盐冻剥蚀能力;采用硅烷凝胶外涂技术能明显改善冻融损伤混凝土表面的剥蚀状况。
The performance of deicer-scaling for common concrete, air-entrained concrete, surface treated concrete with silane gel and concrete doped with alkylalkoxysilane emulsion was investigated by single surface deicer-frost test under the action of sodium chloride solution, respectively. Lastly, the frozenthawed concrete surface treated with silane gel was tested. The results indicated that the scaled mass for air-entrained concrete and surface treated concrete with silane gel was significantly reduced by more than 82% and 98% compared with the common concrete at 50 freeze-thaw cycles. Concrete doped with alkylalkoxysilane emulsion or admixture of air-entraining agent and emulsion has low salt-scaling resistance. The surface treatment with silane gel can efficiently improve deicer-scaling resistance of frozen-thawed concrete.
