摘要
确定粉煤灰和矿渣在水泥浆体中的反应程度,对于研究复合水泥浆体中的反应动力学、评价粉煤灰和矿渣的反应活性及其对于浆体结构形成的贡献,评估水泥浆体的稳定性等具有重要意义。本文介绍了粉煤灰和矿渣在水泥浆体中的反应程度的测试方法:化学选择性溶解法、图像分析法、核磁共振谱法、氢氧化钙含量法、差示扫描量热分析法、累积量热法、化学收缩法、碱溶液溶出法。比较了这些方法的优劣及适用范围。
The quantification of the fly ash and slag in cement pastes is an important parameter to evaluate the reaction activity, the reaction kinetic and its contribution to the microstructure of pastes. In thispaper, eight methods to determine the degree of reaction of fly ash and slag in cement pastes were evaluated and compared. The methods includes: selective dissolution, backscattered electron imageanalysis, 29Si MAS NMR, portlandite content, differential scanning calorimetry, isothermal calorimetry, chemical shrinkage, diluted alkaline solutions.
