摘要 磷酸盐化学键合材料是由金属氧化物与酸式磷酸盐通过酸碱中和反应形成以磷酸盐为黏结相的无机胶凝材料,作为固化重金属的基体材料并展现出广阔的应用前景,以固化体重金属毒性浸出行为评价其固化能力。该文重点针对镁系和钙系两类磷酸盐化学键合材料固化/稳定化重金属的最新研究进展及其固化机理进行了综述,对其固化机理及固化特性进行对比分析。并结合本课题组在利用工业废渣制备钙系磷酸盐化学键合材料及其在重金属固化特性等方面的研究,实现以废治废,为磷酸盐化学键合材料制备及其重金属固化研究提供了新思路。 Chemically bonded phosphate ceramics (CBPCs), a kind of inorganic cement materials, are prepared through the acid-base neutralization reaction between the metal oxide and acid phosphates, and can be widely used to solidify the heavy metals. The leachability of heavy metals can be determined to solidification effects. In this paper, the research progress on the solidification of heavy metals using the magnesium-based and calcium-based chemically bonded phosphate ceramics was reviewed in detail, moreover, the mechanism and the characteristic of heavy metals solidification by both chemically bonded phosphate ceramics were comparatively stated. At last, we shared some of our work with other researchers on the preparation of calcium-based chemically bonded phosphate ceramics using industrial wastes and its application in the solidification of heavy metals, which can control the waste contaminations by the utilization of wastes and provide new ideas for the preparation of chemically bonded phosphate ceramics and the solidification of heavy metals.
